Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once your order confirmation email has been received. You will also receive a shipping notification when your order has been dispatched.
Global Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Unless otherwise stated below, we provide the following worldwide shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 days.
Shipping costs for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Australia Shipping Information
Orders shipped to Australia qualify for free shipping. Most packages arrive within approximately 10 days; however, deliveries to remote regions may take up to 30 days. Customers located in remote areas may contact our customer service team to request expedited delivery for a $35 USD fee.
UK Shipping Information
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are free of charge and are generally delivered within 5–8 days, regardless of order value.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Hands On Supply is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All such costs (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages During Shipping
Hands On Supply is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged items when submitting a claim.
