Important Notice for U.S. Customers: Shipping & Tariff Policy Update
Effective April 17 – April 24
In light of the newly imposed U.S. tariffs on Chinese imports, we are temporarily updating our shipping options to help ensure your orders are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
Temporary Shipping Adjustments (April 17–24)
Standard Shipping:
This option will be suspended during the specified dates.
Expedited Shipping Only:
To accommodate new tariff-related processing requirements, only expedited shipping will be available. A minimum order threshold of $60 will apply.
Expedited Shipping Fees:
- Orders over $150: Free expedited shipping
- Orders from $60 to $150: Flat fee of $20
Tariff Policy & Customer Tax Responsibility
Orders placed before April 24 that clear U.S. customs on or after May 2 will be fully covered by us for any additional import tariffs resulting from these new regulations.
Orders submitted on or after April 24, regardless of when they are delivered, will be subject to all applicable U.S. customs duties or import taxes. We will continue working to expedite these shipments, but the responsibility for such charges will rest with the customer.
Please note: We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns if a package is refused due to unexpected or high import taxes. Our pricing structure does not allow us to absorb these post-shipment costs.
